With over 10 years of experience working in a range of settings—including hospitals and private practice—I bring a depth of clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach to my work.

I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa, where I also conducted research on parental bereavement—an area that continues to shape my interest in supporting individuals and families navigating grief and loss. Over the past eight years, I have worked in private practice in Canada and am now excited to have opened my own practice.

My training in South Africa was integrative, allowing me to draw from a number of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and client-centered therapy. I also have extensive training in trauma-informed care.

I believe that therapy works best when there is a strong fit between client and therapist—and between client and approach. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I am a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. I provide psychological services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
